Discreet Billing & Shipping
To ensure your privacy, we ship all packages in a plain box with absolutely no product labels of any kind. The name that appears on your Billing Statement will be “J&S Sales” and will not reference any particular product.
We accept returns of all unused and unopened products for 30 days following receipt of your order. Please contact us by email before returning any item. Simply send it back to us for a complete refund (less a 15% restocking fee and free shipping costs). Order cancellations are also subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Missing / Broken Items: All missing and broken items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived broken.
International Customers: Unless specified otherwise, all electronic products sold on are 110v. Customers assume all responsibility for any defects which may occur from using converters or adapters.
Defective Products: Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement only during the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty return policy. Please note that certain manufacturers require that the customer process all warranty claims with the manufacturer directly. Customers are required to pay all shipping costs associated with a defective product return, unless the product was received DOA (dead on arrival).
NOTE: You must return all accessories and product component parts. If the returned unit is determined to be operating normally upon inspection, we will need to ship the same unit back at the customer’s expense. Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.
NOTE: DO NOT return Arizer glass or accessories, or any USED glassware or whips.
How to request a price match
1) We can only match prices before the sale;
2) Price must be advertised in an online store by an authorized dealer;
3) Vaporizer must in new condition;
4) We cannot match closeout vapes;
5) We cannot match vaporizers on an auction or classified site (e.g. eBay or Craigslist);
6) Some restrictions do apply with Manufacturer MAP rules;
7) Headies.net will determine the validity of the advertised price and legitimacy of the dealer;
8) We cannot match free with purchase offers;
9) Price match cannot be combined with other offers.
